Burn Calories And Sculpt Your Body

 “I want to burn calories doing cardio to lose weight, before starting a resistance program." I hear this all the time and it makes me shake my head. This is the wrong approach!  I prefer my clients to do resistance training with little rest between exercises to transform their body while trimming down; this is BodySculpting.

Doing cardio is fine if you just want to lose weight; but if you want to have a great, toned body while training in the least amount of time then resistance training is the way to go! Resistance training done at a continuous pace gets your heart rate up which really burn calories and shapes your body in the process. Women wanting to lose a few extra pounds especially benefit from training fast with focus on their core.
