Our training starts at your core
by Jeff Hammond
Old school techniques are not always better than what is thought today! It used to be taught to start your training at your feet and work your way up the body. I even trained myself and clients using that theory for years. It’s not a bad strategy, but now we know there is a better way. Through years of training it has become obvious to first build a strong core!
With so many clients starting training with pre-existing back problems (that may be caused from sitting all day, taking fitness classes involving repetitive motion and/or pounding, a bad workout program, or even worse the lack of one), I realized the importance of starting at your core and working your way up and down the body depending on where your other problem areas are! To start your journey on the path to a healthier body and more stable core, check out our core training. |
