BASIC CIRCUITS

Don't forget to stretch before and after every workout to avoid injury. Learn more about pre- and post-workout stretches.

These are low impact, but tough circuits. You have to be willing to feel a little burning pain.*  The more burning pain you learn to deal with the better the results.

*If you feel sharp, stabbing pain stop immediately!

We all have exercises we can perform better or prefer over others due to your body type, body shape, and/or fitness level so we offer choices to see which combinations work best for you. 

SCULPTED LEGS CIRCUIT

The lunge is dubbed as “the queen of exercises” for the lower body of women. The advantage the lunge has over the squat is that it works the gluteus maximus through the entire range of motion. In terms of body shaping…the greater the stretch…the better the butt!

TONED CORE CIRCUIT - Beginnger - Advanced

The core is the most important body area to focus on when working out. We have used many Four Minute abdominal routines to get Rochelle to a remarkable 22 inch waist, but this is her favorite!

TONED CORE CIRCUIT - ADVANCED

Athletic toned core (Level 3-4) circuit varies from the other one by doing:
  • Side-to-Side Medicine Ball
  • Plank
  • Overhead Toe Touch
Using different circuits keeps your workouts fresh and the body shocked and working hard from continuously changing the exercises, repetitions and areas the muscles are working. 

PERFECT BUTT CIRCUIT

Everyone wants that round, firm backside but no amount of squats alone can't help you achieve the perfect shape and tone. This circuit will help you lift it, round it, and bounce a quarter off it!

Standing Ankle Weights Circuit

The Standing Ankle Weights Circuit is similar to our Perfect Butt Circuit, but done standing up. By standing you improve your balance and hip flexibility as well.

Typically sets and reps will depend on your body shape and fitness level.

Advanced 5 Minute Mini Trampoline Circuit

While training with Jeff Hammond, Morgan V shows how to do a mini trampoline circuit which is perfect cross training for runners, athletes and people wanting to strengthen their heart.

​To make it harder and work the upper body more she is wearing weighted gloves!
