MAKE EM SWEAT BODYSCULPTING RULES

Begin with a Goal in Mind!
Okay, this is so important! When you start with us your goal will be what level you want to reach and will have a date to be attained! If YOU want to reach it you have to stay focused on it and not get distracted from it, or be lazy! Anything worthwhile takes effort and commitment!

Burning Pain Keep Going, but Sharp Pain Stop!

When training to make your body transform burning pain is not only inevitable, but it is your friend; so the more you can embrace it continuing the exercise, the faster you will see changes in your body and health. Sharp pain while working out is another story; if you feel sharp pain stop immediately and consult your doctor!

A Stretched Muscle is a Healthy Muscle!

The quickest way to injury is to not stretch before and after exercise. Regardless of our clients ages we repeatedly see they have tight hips and aren’t very flexible. With our programs we will correct this common oversight!

Move Smooth and Steady!
When performing our exercises keep a smooth and steady pace so you don’t injure yourself, and allow the muscles to work at the peak of their ability!

Focus on the Muscle!

If you truly want to make major changes in your body you have to know what muscle is being used and focus on feeling it doing the work, rather than other muscles. This also prevents over working other muscles not meant to be primarily involved in exercise being performed, so you get the most out of each exercise.

Use Proper Form!

Performing an exercise with proper form is more important than how much resistance used, or repetitions performed. Your improved look and better health are your bragging rights!

Ask Questions!
The success of our training together is increased, not decreased, by your asking questions if you’re unsure about anything we are doing! The only bad questions it the one not asked!

Stay Positive!
Your body is going through changes, it’s adjusting to a workout lifestyle; Give your body time to adapt, keep with it, and stay positive.  You will make it to your goal!

Eat Right and Stay Hydrated!
The less you eat at fast food places or eat processed food the healthier you will be. Replace pop and other sweet drinks with water to increase how hydrated you are and you will see a major difference in your health and body’s shape!

Breathe!
A common mistake is to hold your breath during exercise, which can limit your progress. When exercising breathe in through your noise and exhale through your mouth!

Have Fun!
Look forward to working out! After all working out is inevitable, your goal will be to turn the workout process into a fun habit. Remember working out is supposed to De-stress you, not distress you! ☺
