Triceps Overhead Press

Triceps Chair Dips

Priority: Triceps

The upper arms should remain stationary and only the forearms should move.
This is a stretch exercise; proper form and controlled tempo are priority over amount of weight used. (This exercise helps remove that wiggle!) ​
Priority: Triceps
 

This is a sculpting exercise typically performed at the end of a triceps workout to really pump the blood into them for growth. The amount of weight used is less important than perfect form. ​

Biceps


Biceps Curls

Priority: Biceps

This is a mid-range exercise to add muscle size to sculpt. For best results use full range of motion and fight the urge to swing or jerk the weight up to make the lift easier.
