What is your body profile

We have broken down the body to muscle groups with exercises to train certain areas of each muscle group. We each have our own body blueprint which needs a program, a formula, to reach our health and fitness goals. By figuring out your body profile you will discover how to train for the look you strive for when exercising. No more guessing what to do, and hoping you like the end result. 

To do this, 
you will find your body type, the best one that represents you. Keep in mind you can be a mix (i.e. a Ecto-Mesomorph). Finally, we design a program suited perfectly for you based on your fitness level! Knowing these are important in helping  me design a personalized program to efficiently and effectively train you.
