Chest
We train women to look like women, meaning that you do not want to do exercises that widen the chest and develop pecs; rather you want to enhance (sculpt) and tone.* Under this philosophy, we won't train the average woman like we would a man, instead we focus on the chest as a secondary muscle in other exercises.
*This idea is not meant for female athletes who would follow an agonist/antagonist program instead
