My name is Rochelle James of Make Em Sweat BodySculpting.

I am an out-of-the-box thinker with a vision for women’s personal health. This site, which keeps me awake at night, is about having your own readily accessible fitness program, based on a woman distinctive framework and protecting it. I will always have a passion for personal health, and understand the challenge of keeping up with a workout program that also keeps up with your ever changing figure, goals, and lifestyle. This website is designed to assist you through the process of staying healthy while sculpting your body. We’ve cut out about 80% of the work which entails providing you with the knowledge and the structure to be able to workout.

On this site you will find almost all of the exercises needed to shape a woman’s figure. If you noticed each exercise featured involves No heavy equipment or machines, which means you will learn how to work out anywhere (anywhere appropriate! – Do not begin working out outside a grocery store, however I would not put it pass my business partner). Here you will find the exercises and each muscle described that it will target and how it will be pieced back together (like a puzzle) based on a woman’s shape.

This site is about getting back to the basics; fancy equipment, the latest/greatest workout crap is not something that we need. So before you buy the crap or the Gym membership consider just having the basic workout knowledge laid out in front of you, paired with an advanced workout program, catered to your level of fitness and goals. It’s not about the fancy workout equipment, it’s about your work ethic and consistency to build and improve your body.

More about Me: I am easy to get along with (at least I believe I am) , opinionated and I love working with people whom are smart, creative, and driven, as well as humorous, entertaining with a dash of crazy :-) .  My “9-5” Job I work as a real estate Investor in Columbus, Ohio.

With that being said, I would like to welcome you to our site, leave us your comments, opinions, questions and/or suggestions.

My name is Jeff Hammond of Make Em Sweat BodySculpting.

All my life I have been fascinated with muscle and have been involved in the Wellness lifestyle one way or another. I have always been active in sports and started lifting at thirteen. Ironman Magazine did a feature on me called “Love at First Lift” that pretty much says it all—I do love the feeling I get from being fit. Because of my work with beautiful fitness models they also did a feature on me called “Having Fun at Fifty” which, because of the age, really means a lot to me.

Over twenty years I coached numerous sports ranging from youth leagues all the way up to varsity softball. This coaching experience was great. I learned how to motivate athletes and take them to the next level. In coaching I believed I was there for them.  Despite coaching I still managed to stay active. I played many sports: basketball, softball, tennis, and racquetball leagues and tournaments. I was also in a running club and participated in road races, and I lifted all the while. I have transformed my body many times to perform better at the sport I was interested in at that time or for bodybuilding and photo shoots. During my last few years of coaching I entered a few bodybuilding competitions and qualified for Nationals, but I found my passion for helping others exceeded my desire to focus solely on my bodybuilding completions.

At the end of my coaching career I turned my focus to personal training where I applied the same philosophy of “I’m here for you.  You’re not here for me!” I have trained many top talents; since then and from each of these experiences I grew as a creator of sculpting programs that can benefit any body type I work with now.  This is a great feeling and makes me look forward to every new challenge I get as a personal trainer.

Now I live in Columbus, Ohio and these experiences have helped me develop as a personal trainer and writer. As a personal trainer my life has evolved; now with Fit Model and Co-Exercise Creator Rochelle James help, my focus is on helping people turn back the clock and improving their quality of life through exercise and proper nutrition in our BodySculpting Program! As a writer and for Physique Fitness Magazine, Rochelle and I published the Fountain of Youth Program (now called Make Em Sweat BodySculpting) with Rochelle showing the exercises. I also provided readers with inspirational articles and interviews with some of the top talent in the world in various parts of fitness and entertainment.

With this website I look forward to helping you improve your quality of life enabling you to live your life to the fullest!
