What happened, you ask? Less exercise and processed food!
I remember when kids would go outside and play all day only to return at dinner time, now kids sit playing electronic games. Kids use to walk or ride their bikes to get to where they want to go; now they are driven. Food use to be preservative free and there was no such thing as GMO which your body can’t break down so stores as fat. Fast food was eaten maybe once per week, now it’s eaten once per day! Now, the question is do you want to live longer with quality of life or merely exist until your last breath? If your answer is live longer with “Quality of Life” that’s great.
