Training should enhance a person’s lifestyle rather than make it more complicated. Before you start a home training regime or join a gym it’s important to know what you want to accomplish. Do you want to look better? Relieve stress? Improve your health? Get stronger? Get faster? Compete as an athlete?
Once you decide what you want to achieve, search for a training program that fits your lifestyle as well as your Body Profile and Blood Type so you will have the best chances of success. If it doesn't fit into your schedule, you'll be likely to stop going after a couple of weeks; if it doesn't fit your Body Profile, you might get discouraged by not seeing the results you want.
