About 9 years ago when I wanted to start training, I was searching around on websites and found your programs.

A friend and I started to use your 5 day training program for men and quickly started to see the results your program had made for us. After 3 years my company went into bankruptcy, so I didn´t have money to use for training and I was emotionally distressed. I am now feeling both emotionally and economically better so I started training again with your program.

Thank you Jeff, your 5 day training program is excellent. The two photos of my back are the day before I started and one is after 3 weeks. I’m still laughing looking at the first one. I can’t wait to send you more pictures of my progress.​
