  MAKE EM SWEAT BODYSCULPTING

Steps to Training - Make Em Sweat Style

Step 1: Learn Your Fitness Level
Your fitness level depends on how long you can workout and at what intensity!

To start your training with me let’s first select your starting fitness level.

Here is a guideline to help your selection:
  • Level 1: If you can do low impact, low intensity training for under 30 minute’s non-stop
  • Level 2: If you can do low impact, low-medium intensity training for over 30 minute’s non-stop
  • Level 3: If you can do medium impact, medium-high intensity training for over 30 minute’s non-stop
  • Level 4: If you can do high impact, high intensity training for over 30 minute’s non-stop
  • Level 4 Endurance: If you can do high impact, high intensity training for over 45 minute’s non-stop

You transform your body faster when you attain a higher fitness level. This is accomplished by increasing your number of training sessions per week and increasing your training intensity.

Step 2: Learn Your Body Type
“You can change your body shape, but not your body type!”

When you know your body type it simplifies where to start in making your workout program.

The 3 body types have different paths to attain that desired hourglass figure so they have different starting points, but the same finish line!
  • Ectomorph: wants to gain weight to create curves.
  • Mesomorph: wants to maintain weight; but tone up and tighten to make curves.
  • Endomorph: wants to lose weight to create curves.

Step 3: Learn Your Body Shape
Now that you know your fitness level and body type, next is selecting your body shape. This is when the work starts!

After picking your current body shape, the exercises specific for you are selected... but what does this mean? It’s time to get busy sculpting your body into your desired shape!

Special message for women: All body shapes can become an hourglass shape!
Special message for men: All body shapes can become a V shape!

Excited? Yeah, so are we!
