​“I was introduced to Jeff through his daughter, Brie, and at the time I was very interested in becoming a model. I was 21 years old, had just graduated college and was accepted to a Master of Social Work Program at the Ohio State University. Jeff agreed to train me to diet, exercise and model. I listened to everything Jeff said because it WORKED. The concepts he taught me about dieting and exercising still help me in my everyday life. The most amazing thing about working with Jeff is that he practices what he preaches. He eats the way you do, he works out right next to you; he really feels your pain! 

But most importantly, and aside from the tough training, Jeff gets to know you as a person. He is humanistic and caring and looks after most of his models like they are his daughters or sisters. There was a time that I considered slowing down with my schooling and taking up modeling full time. Jeff took matters into his own hands, much like the role of a caring father, and linked me with appropriate resources to find a part time job that would enhance my schooling and allow me to learn. After talking with Jeff over many sushi lunches and workouts, he convinced me that I had a brighter future with school and work and I should not be so consumed with modeling. This was a major transitional period for me and he helped me through this. He became a mentor, father, friend, fitness and diet coach, social worker and guidance counselor all in one and I am SO lucky to know him.

I went on to finish two Masters’ degrees, one in Social Work and one in Public Policy and Management. After completing the part time job that Jeff linked me with, I moved from Columbus, Ohio to Memphis, Tennessee to work in development and fundraising for an alcohol and drug treatment program. Recently, I moved to Alexandria, Virginia to  work as the Clinic Administrator for a small healthcare clinic that provides free services to the uninsured. I have emulated Jeff’s high regard for human life, dedication, loyalty, empathy and discipline everyday in the work environment for the past 7 years.

Jeff, you’re amazing and you deserve all the success in the world. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. I know you will always be there for me if I need you and that is a wonderful feeling.”

Shawna lived in Columbus, Ohio so once a week we’d either train in Columbus or in Sandusky where I lived at the time. I trained her with my new Women’s Program of Circuits and Specialization Exercises for their Body Type. She loved doing the Elegant Legs Circuit and the Perfect Butt Circuit. One day Shawna showed up for a photo shoot with me and when she struck a side pose my jaw dropped, I could see the curves of her glutes and legs were perfectly symmetrical. She was successful because she ate correctly, exercised regularly, and has the will to succeed. I say this because she persevered a lot and went on to become a successful business woman.
