  MAKE EM SWEAT BODYSCULPTING

reach Your max Health Goal potential

The following is my observation over time from the work I’ve done as an athlete, personal trainer, and coach! It is meant to increase your awareness about the choices you make when trying to feel better… whether it’s to gain weight, lose weight, and/ or improving health issues. Before starting a nutrition plan, or exercising, consult your physician!

Are you either of these? You’re trying to eat right without exercising…or trying to exercise without improving your eating habits! Trying to only do one or the other sets your Health Goal Bar not nearly as high as it could be, and should be!
  • Eating right without exercising right: max 67% of Health Goal potential
  • Exercising right with bad eating habits: max 33% of Health Goal potential
  • Eating right and exercising right: 100% of Health Goal potential

Let me explain.
Picture
Eating Right without Exercising Right: max 67% of Health Goal potential
Improving your eating habit is a battle most people face daily with mixed results…factors can vary from bodytype, blood type, education, income, willpower, stress, environment, etc. But in my opinion the main reason for poor results from Eating Right without Exercising Right is you’re not including exercising! Exercising along with eating correctly sets your bar much higher. Proper exercise will help you burn more calories while training and the added muscle will make your body burn more calories while resting due to having a higher resting metabolism. Exercise will also have a positive effect on your mood, stress, eating habits, energy, and your overall health.

Exercising Right with Bad Eating Habits: max 33% of Health Goal potential
Many people wrongly believe exercise burns more calories than it does and can overcome a bad diet…this is wishful thinking that adversely affects your results. Eating Right along with exercise will raise your bar over twice as high! Many people wrongly believe exercise burns more calories than it does and can overcome a bad diet…this is wishful thinking that adversely affects your results. Eating Right is intertwined with exercise because you need fuel from eating the right food to have the energy to exercise…after a workout your recovery rate is best when you eat the right food for your Male BodyType or Female BodyType and the type of exercise you performed.

Eating Right and Exercising: 100% of Health Goal potential
Eating Right along with exercise will raise your bar to its highest point!  Doing one or the other is beneficial, but a failing grade; to reach the A+ grade level of 100% you need to simultaneously eat right to improve your health from the inside, and exercise right to improve your health from the outside.

When it comes to your health ignorance is not bliss…its unhealthy! LEARN…LEARN…LEARN!
