Business professional and model

Prior to training with Jeff I would occasionally go to the gym and run on the treadmill and use the machines, but I never felt like it was making a real difference. After two weeks of working out with Jeff I could feel myself getting stronger and I could see my body becoming more toned in the areas we had targeted before we had started training. No machines training: true to their word on no machines training being better my body responded better to training without machines in just two weeks than it had with months of going to a traditional gym. Every workout has been personalized to meet my fitness goals and no workout has been the same, which is what I enjoy most about Jeff’s program. We are currently about four weeks into the program and my lifestyle has changed for the better. I have been following a vegetarian diet for nearly 7 years but due to my lack of energy, among other factors, Jeff expressed concern that I may not be getting enough protein. I have supplemented my diet with additional sources of protein (vegetarian friendly of course!) and it has truly made a difference. I no longer feel like I can’t get through the day without a nap, and it’s all thanks to Jeff and his understanding of the ways in which the body responds to vitamins and nutrients. It’s amazing how far I have come in such a short time with Jeff’s training and direction; in just four weeks I have moved from a Level 2 to a Level 3 and I’m only improving more and more each day. Jeff has a passion for helping others and puts his heart and soul into training each and every one of his clients. I consider myself lucky to know Jeff and I know that without him I wouldn’t have been able to make the changes in my life that have helped to make me a better version of myself. Thank you, Jeff, for being such a great mentor, trainer, dietician, and friend!

After 4 Weeks of Training
I started personal training Morgan one-on-one as an Ectomorph Body Type, Hourglass Body Shape and training at Level 2. After a workout assessment we designed the program to fit her physical needs and her lifestyle. Morgan’s above normal progress is due to her never missing a workout and doing what I tell her as closely as possible. Now training at Level 3 we are in the process of putting 5 more pounds of curves on her slender frame and then looking for a new goal to reach! 

After 6 months of Training
I am happy to say now Morgan’s Body Shape is an Hourglass and she’s training at Level 4. She still never misses workouts and her dedication shows. With Morgan attaining a tighter body and more curves we’re looking for new goals to reach! Check back again to see her progress.

Morgan has been great to work with and is now part of our Team. The exercises I have her doing now or more advanced and her feedback while training is a big help in personalizing her program.
