“When I first began working with Jeff I had been recuperating from 2 car accidents that had occurred within 9 months of each other. I hadn’t gained too much weight; however I was heavier than I am used to and the accidents had me out of commission for so long that I had very limited flexibility; I mean I could barely begin jogging without becoming immediately winded. I began working with Jeff and he was incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and encouraging from day one. He also set up my own workout plan that we could build on in order for me to regain my strength and flexibility. After working out with him three days a week, for about two and a half weeks I did become discouraged because I felt I wasn’t getting the results I wanted fast enough. Jeff assured me that I was working on myself from the inside out and I would soon wake to see a difference. I continued to work with him and watched my diet carefully only to find that he was right! I woke up one day after the fourth week and examined my body in my bedroom. As I looked at myself in the mirror, I noticed that my hips and thighs were smaller and my stomach was more defined than ever before! I was on my way to six pack abs and I hadn’t even noticed! I feel amazing now and it’s only been 30 days. I am on my way back to a modeling career, and a longer, healthier life because of my work with him. I am also increasing my reps because I’m stronger now and frankly the plan I had when we began is just way too easy for me now. Jeff continues to challenge me to do my personal best and I would recommend him to anyone in need of changing their lives for the better. Although you can’t put a price on being healthier, he was insanely affordable considering what you would pay for gym membership that most of us are guilty of never using. For Jammie we worked on getting her core strength and flexibility back first by doing very controlled movements focusing more on the stretch than building muscle. After a few weeks we had her program on point so we progressed from Level 2 to Level 3 training and her athletic-model look came back, and her smile. For training her favorite exercise was the Leg Switches. Her training with me 3 days per week so we could do different types of training along with eating healthy were big factors in overcoming her injuries from the accidents and led to her successful transformation.
