Jackie Haas
Former WWE DIVA and TNA Knockout & Current Team HMB, Athlete (Figure Competitor) and mother of 3!
“Way more than a trainer, Jeff has been my friend and mentor through thick and thin over the past near decade; I could not be any more elated for his induction into the Fitness Hall of Fame! Even though our lives let us train together physically for a short amount of time, if it were not for Jeff and his passion and desire to instruct and teach me about the art form of the body and what levels you can take it to through proper training and nutrition, I would not be the person who I am today or accomplished what I have thus far in life. Jeff is so versified in his aspects of health and fitness, that throughout the many lifestyle changes that I have occurred over the years, he has always helped me find a way to shock my system and “sculpt” my body through innovative ways of training and motivational tools. Being healthy is about the mind and body and Jeff has always been there for me to sort through different levels of training and convert my body from that of a runner, into a more sculpted athlete. He has helped me adapt my style of training into the busy life that I lead that works for me and given me crucial information and guidance when I was in most need of it. Thank you Jeff for opening my eyes to this amazing world of fitness and I cannot wait to make you proud when this mom of three crosses the stage for the first time very soon in the world of Figure Competitions – without your support throughout the years, I would not be where I am today and ever so excited for all that there is to come!” |

Trainer Jeff comments
Jackie’s Body Profile: Ecto-Mesomorph, Rectangle, Level 4.
I started training Jackie when she was turning 19 years old and was coming off a knee injury which stopped her from running track in college. She contacted me for personal training and to possibly turn her athletic ambitions to competing in Figure Competitions.
We worked out following the position of Flexion Training Method and her body responded quickly. To accommodate her runner-athlete background we did a lot of super-sets at a fast pace, pushing each other, and she loved the Elegant Legs Circuit. Her shoulders developed easily so we didn’t work them much focusing more on her core.
For Ironman Magazine we were going to compete in Couples Bodybuilding, but she got called to try out for the Tough Enough Show and the rest is history. I continued working with her when she became WWE Miss Jackie until she became a personal trainer. Her work ethics and focus are why she was, and is, successful!
