Don’t Choose High Risk, Low Reward Training Programs!
If your lower back, or back in general, goes out from over doing it you are out of commission…done. Injure a knee, elbow or shoulder from improper technique, or over training, then you are not functioning at full capacity.
It bothers me people are being led into exercise programs with high potential for injury exceeding the potential for gain. Some trending programs are similar to playing Russian roulette, but with a one shot repetition rather than one shot from a gun. Continuously going for a one rep max will eventually trigger the liftcausing major injury, a catastrophe. If a trainee is a professional business person with some physical requirements for their business they cannot afford injury. So make sure the workout programs you do are High Reward with Low Risk, rather than Low Reward with High Risk! People, be as smart on picking your training program as you are in your business!
