I’m a cardio guy, I swim, run, and cycle at least 3 – 4 times a week, plus I like to add 1 or 2 sessions in the weight room every now and then. When Jeff introduced me to his “Fountain of Youth workout” I was skeptical about the program and its benefits on my fitness level. After a few weeks on it, the changes in my body and even stamina has been insane for this short time; it's awesome when you start seeing your body adjust to the intensity. Jeff is always searching for “a better way” to train his clients and actively shares his knowledge! His guidance and expertise has helped me personally to achieve my fitness objectives. I would truly say this is the best philosophy I have ever tried! |
