The Life of a personal trainer


Your session with me does not start when you show up; it started when I learned to be a personal trainer, and with my previous clients where I honed my skills to improve my training program.

Your program includes:
  • 20 years of coaching which included learning sports-specific exercises to help improve my athlete's play
  • 15 years of interviewing top personal trainers worldwide for magazines then testing their methods myself to see what was really effective for my programs
  • 15 years of work outs at gyms across the country alongside some of the top athletes in the world

The result is the program we use today.
